HRD 부서를 두고 있는 대부분의 조직은 개인개발 활동(훈련)에 초점을 맞추고 있다아 그러나 점점 더 많은 기업들이 개인개발, 경력개발, 수행관리, 조직개발을 핵심 영역으로 여기고 있다아
1) HRD란 무엇인가?
인적자원개발은 “조직의 효능성을 증진시키기 위한 역동적이고 발전적인 실천 활동”이다. 인적자원의 중요성과 HRD 리더로서의 역할, 개인개발, 조직개발 등을 설명, 요약하였습니다. 인적자원은 조직에 고용된 사람을 말한다. HRD는 사람의 개발과 관련된다된다.
2) 인적자원이란 무엇인가?
오늘날 조직은 물적, 재정적, 인적자원 등의 세 가지 형태의 자원을 보유하고 있다아 물적 자원은 계, 기구, 시설, 설비, 제품 원료들을 말하고 고정자산이라고 불린다. 인적자원의 중요성과 HRD 리더로서의 역할, 개인개발, 조직개발 등을 說明(설명) , 요약하였습니다.
