세종대학교 신소재工學과 3학년 반도체 실험 보고서입니다.Hall effect
The overall procedure is relatively simple than other experiments which have done so far, because whole process was conducted and calculated by hall effect measurement system and computer. Whole procedure was conducted in 4 steps. First, put specimen on the SPCB (spring clip sample board) and hold it with 4 probes. Second, insert SPCB in the cover of magnet KIT put it back on the magnet KIT. Next, turn on computer and start the program. Finally check the result of measurement every each specimen and compare.

The purpose of Hall effect is to know the resistivity, how many electons are moving on the film, how fast electrons are moving which means mobility, and especially which type was doped between N and P.
